“Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit.” Zechariah 4:6

The works of God were completed on the cross with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
As a believer, you are called to cease from your striving and enter into the rest of Christ. You live by faith trusting God for your every need.
You have the life of Christ dwelling in you in the essence of the Holy Spirit. God wants to perform all things for you and help you meet every challenge of life. You can now live outside of yourself recognizing God is your source for all life.
The Spirit of God will give you strength, wisdom, and protection. And, the fruit of the Spirit will fill you with an abundance of love, joy, peace, patience, meekness, and self control.
Resting in God is acknowledging His greatness and glory and your weakness and frailty. You give God permission to live through you and guide your pathway.
You conduct yourself with the simplicity of Christ drawing upon the Living Water for your sufficiency.
You stand firm on the promises of God and never allow the circumstances of life to effect or weaken your faith in almighty God.
Think of God as the fountain of life. He will supply your every need according to the riches of the glory in Christ Jesus. He is a God of eternal life and will never disappoint you or fail you.
Thought for the day:

“I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly. Walk with Me by faith believing in My promises. My Spirit will do great things for you. He will take what belongs to Me and share it with you. The secret is to accept Me for who I am and draw upon My life. I will never leave you or forsake you.”
