“Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.” Matthew 27:51-53
On Good Friday, the word from from God is “ingratiate”.

The definition of ingratiate is “to bring oneself into favor of someone by flattery or trying to please them.”
You and I have to examine our motives with Christ. Is there subterfuge in your relationship with God?
Are you attempting to appease God with sacrifices or offerings?
Are you trying to flatter God through religious activities or works?
Are you trying to benefit yourself through Christ?
The only way you will ever ingratiate yourself to God is through your unyielding faith in the words of Christ. Without faith you cannot please God!
Good Friday is the perfect time to look within yourself!
