The distinction between a Christ follower and a nominal believer!

The Holy Spirit brought this topic up to me in the middle of last night.

God told me the discriminating factor is the passionate desire to know and live for God.

Religion does not want a Christ follower to be free of laws and boundaries in a relationship with the Living Christ.

The Living Christ has one purpose for a believer. He wants you to develop a symbiotic and deeply personal relationship with Him.

Jesus wants your focus to be on walking with Him by faith yielding to the Holy Spirit. He wants you to hear His voice and be in dialogue with Him.

You can disregard the importance of church, reading the Bible and doing religious activities. They are secondary to building a strong rapport and trust in the Living Christ.

The reason most believers won’t make a serious commitment to Jesus is because He changes lives and removes the importance of the world.

Jesus is radical in thought and actions and does not relate to the world like you.

Jesus is very jealous and wants all of a believer. He refuses to share you with other gods or idols.

If you want the authenticity of Jesus you must let go and live for Him above all else.
