“Not my will but Yours be done.” Luke 22:42
This begins with the call of Jesus by His Father our almighty God.
The call of Jesus was a disaster and utter failure in the terms of the world. But it was an excellent triumph for God. This is because God’s purpose never aligns with man’s purpose.
The call of God is never about ministry or works. It is a voice calling a man into a personal relationship with Jesus. The goal is to walk in oneness with Jesus by faith and learn how to apply His truths in your life.
God is the only one who knows the future for a believer and this is never disclosed until God’s perfect timing.
As a believer your life is in the hands of God. Jesus creates your lifestyle and all the challenges of life. There are no coincidences for a believer.
We live in oneness with Jesus anchored to the Holy Spirit. The focus is on finding His will for your life one day at a time. We do not look to the future but dwell in the present time.
The Christ follower prays for the order and simplicity of Jesus. He knows God controls his destiny and seeks out Jesus through prayer, reading the Bible and listening for His voice.
The call of God is an instruction to die to self and live for Jesus. The Cross is our journey through life. We become baptized into the death of Jesus and live in the resurrected power of the Cross.
We become transformed into the character and values of Jesus and learn to sever ties to the world.
The mystery of Jesus is living His life on His terms.
For in Him, we live and move and have our being!
