“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14
The Holy Spirit gave me a dream last night about the life of a prejudiced Christ follower.
The biblical view of prejudice is a spiritual belief that is not based on intellect or worldly values.
The Christ follower is highly prejudiced in the truths of Jesus and is grounded in the Most High. He lives for Jesus!
In the dream I saw many believers who stumbled through life, made many mistakes and vacillated between God and worldly living.
I also saw the lives of many of the prejudiced believers. They were favored by the hand of God and went to a highly respected college and received an excellent education preparing them for the future. They married the perfect spouse, and worked in a high paying and personally rewarding position.
We cannot go back to the past but we can go forward living prejudiced on Jesus.
I stumbled through life until I was in my mid thirties and then met the Living Christ. I deeply regretted my prior life without Jesus because I missed out on His goodness and powerful presence.
Very few enter the narrow gate because it is very difficult and life changing. The believer must die to self and live for Jesus. It is not a life of living in utopia but facing troubles and adversity.
It is not too late to enter the narrow gate. We live in the End Times and need the protection of Jesus and His powerful promises.
Young people desperately need Jesus to avoid the darkness of the world.
Become a prejudiced believer by prayer, reading the Bible, and listening for the voice of God. Concentrate on Jesus anchored to the Holy Spirit.
The most important goal is to seek the perfect will of God living by faith and obedience to Jesus.
If you have questions or need prayer please reach out to me and I will respond promptly. Pray for the life of a prejudiced believer grounded in Christ. Jesus will do for you what you can never do for yourself!
