The inexplicable Jesus!

Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you!

The word of God today is “inexplicable” which describes the character of Jesus. He cannot be explained or defined through the human mind. He is an unfathomable and mysterious God.

Jesus is not comparable to any living being and He does not think or act like you.

Jesus is holy and righteous. You can never come close to matching up to His standards.

It is impossible to really get to know Jesus until you make a decision to live for Him above all else.

He is a jealous God and wants all of you without compromise. If you minimize Jesus, He will minimize you.

Your relationship with Jesus is defined by sin. The conflict is between light and darkness. Jesus sees everything about you and He knows you better than you know yourself.

You have to accept your spiritual poverty if you want to go on with Jesus.

Come before Jesus every day with an open heart to correction and change. Your safety net is repentance and the blood of Jesus.

Jesus has power and dominion over the heavens and earth. The secret to walking with God is to cease from striving and rest in Him. It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God.

When I met Jesus in person many years ago I was astonished to see He has no ego and never thinks about His own needs. This is so unlike you and I who are self driven human beings.

Jesus is unpredictable, controversial and His ways don’t make any sense to a human being. This is because His motives are designed to refine you into His character and He shapes your life to accomplish His purposes.

Jesus wants you live in His presence. You can do this through prayer, praising Him, and meditating on the Word of God.

Jesus desires to speak to you and infuse you with heavenly wisdom. If you are a believer, you have the mind of Christ.

Jesus desires to fill you with His supernatural attributes of strength, joy, protection, and peace.

Jesus will give you glimpses of His majesty and glory but you will never see the totality of our mighty God.

You will impress Jesus walking by faith and believing in His promises and not by what you see with your eyes.

Your unwavering faith in Jesus and obedience to His voice will transform you into His righteous character.

Jesus wants you to live under His authority without a road map detailing your future. You do this by submitting to the Holy Spirit who lives inside a believer.

Jesus reveals Himself to those who are willing to lay down their lives for Him.

Jesus is a down to earth God and can identify with all your emotions. He is friendly and wants a close and intimate relationship with you.

Jesus wants to do for you what you can never do for yourself.

Jesus is not asking you to do works for Him. This demeans His excellent reputation and sacrifice on the Cross. Jesus is asking you to let Him work through you.

The resurrected power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in a believer enables you to do the works of Jesus. And, all the glory goes to God!

You have to accept Jesus for who He is without proof. The proof will come as you walk by faith seeking the will of God.

How to walk with Jesus?

The word of God today is understanding the demarcation lines established by God in your life.

These are the boundaries of Christ that you must live in and move and have your being.

The boundaries are created by God and He is the only one who can change them.

The demarcation lines provide safety and protection. If you attempt to move outside the boundaries of God you will face adversity.

The boundaries represent the seasons of God. They may be filled with prosperity or depravation.

The boundaries are a training ground to learn the values of Christ and grow in spiritual maturity.

The Holy Spirit is sealed in a Christ follower. This is how you can walk in the footsteps of Jesus. Commit your works each day to God and live under the authority of the Spirit of Christ.

You have the mind of Christ. Listen for the voice of God and respond with obedience to His instructions.

Read the Bible under the auspices of the Holy Spirit and ask God to help you understand the revelations of Christ and how to live by the values of Jesus.

In the demarcation lines you will face the troubles of the world and the testing of God.

God desires for you to live by faith trusting in the promises of Jesus and not by what you see with your eyes. Without faith you cannot please God.

You will have to confront Satan and fight off His evil ways with the weapons of Christ. He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world.

Pray vigilantly seeking the will of God.

Learn the principle of resting in God. It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.

The Holy Spirit will baptize you with the fires of God and equip you to do His work while you wait patiently (like Moses) for your calling from God.

The reality of Christ!

You cannot walk with your Creator unless you have made a decision from the heart to live for Me above all else. I desire to have a personal, warm and embracing relationship with you built on trust. My ways are not your ways so you must submit to Me and live under the authority of My Spirit.

Capturing the essence of Christmas!

Christmas is not just a feel good experience. It is celebrating with the Living Christ!

We are just three days away from Christmas.

Christmas is here today and gone tomorrow!

Jesus is everlasting. The gifts from Christ endure forever.

You can celebrate Christmas every day of your life.

Christmas is much more than just a memory. It is the life of Christ in a believer and has no ending.

Jesus is a Living God. He is a God of relationship. You can hear His voice and be filled with His supernatural attributes of love, joy, peace, wisdom and protection.

Jesus offers a beauty greater than a Christmas card. He is the Creator of the glorious sunrise that greets you each day.

Celebrate Christmas with Jesus by believing in His promises.

Jesus is a healing God. At this very moment, He is healing a man living in Texas with kidney failure.

Jesus wants to give you a life you can never achieve on your own.

Experience the joy of Jesus in all the moments of Christmas.

Jesus creates new life in a believer. He transforms you into His character.

Make a commitment this Christmas to walk in oneness with Jesus each day of your life.

Give Jesus the baggage from your past and He will give you a new beginning.

Ask Jesus to cover you with His blood and you will be able to stand blameless before Him.

Jesus is not the baby in the manger. He is the Living Christ and desires to live in you and through you.

The miracle of Christmas is the ability to have a personal and embracing relationship with Jesus, the Son of God.

Make this Christmas your best ever!

The schisms in the Body of Christ!

I alone am God. There is no one like Me!

“For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3:11

The Body of Christ is fractured and in a state of disarray.

This has been caused by leaders who have failed to build doctrine on the foundation of Christ.

Why the Body of Christ is broken?

There are many reasons but the root cause is over disputing the words of Jesus.

Satan has infiltrated Christianity and worked through the leadership to create false or very liberal interpretations of scripture. The goal of Satan is to fracture the Body of Christ and weaken the teachings of Jesus. And, he has been very successful.

The leaders in the Body of Christ whitewash the truths of God to justify their own motives. They manipulate scripture to support the purposes of religion.

In the mind of God, there are no denominations, divisions or different interpretations of scripture.

This sectarianism has been created by human divisiveness and manipulation to support a specific point of view.

There should be no conjecture or deviations of doctrine in the Body of Christ. We all build on the bedrock of Jesus united in the values and teaching of Christ.

The divisiveness in the Body of Christ will probably never end until Jesus comes back to unite His church. In the meantime, the people of Christ should respect the views of others whether they agree or disagree with doctrine. You can avoid conflict by finding a church aligned with the teachings of Jesus.

Jesus is based on relationship!

Christianity has established preset rules and boundaries for a relationship with God. The leaders mostly reject the importance of a personal relationship built on hearing the voice of God. It is impossible to have an authentic relationship with Jesus if you are not in contact with the voice of God.

The purpose of a New Testament church.

The New Testament Church is a filling station for believers. You assemble to praise God, sing hymns and spiritual songs, pray, and to be filled with the truths of Christ. The church should have an open door policy and never attempt to control or confine believers. The purpose is to equip and send believers out into the world to proclaim the gospel.

There is a strong movement to dispel the importance of the Holy Spirit. This is because the Holy Spirit exposes corruption and false teaching. The reality of God comes to those who live under the authority and teaching of the Holy Spirit.

God never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

God is the Creator of the heavens and earth. Jesus, the Son of God, has power and dominion over all things, and the Holy Spirit speaks for God and is our connection to the Living Christ. There are no other gods.

Salvation is an everlasting gift from God for all those who elect to live by faith in Christ.

Jesus is the only way a human being can be redeemed by God. You must confess your sins, seek repentance and ask Jesus to cover you with His blood.

You must be born again to enter the kingdom of God. The miracle of salvation is to be baptized with Water and Spirit and become transformed into a new creature in Christ Jesus.

The Christ follower is sealed with the Holy Spirit. He is the life of Christ and teaches you the reality of salvation.

We are designed by God to walk in oneness with Jesus under the authority of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus has one voice. He speaks through the Holy Spirit to bring glory to God and unify the Body of Christ.

What Jesus thinks about Christmas!

I cherish the lives of all believers who walk with Me by faith and have an utmost desire to do My will.

This is a compilation of the thoughts of Jesus over the last couple of weeks.

Christmas is My sacrificial gift to a believer. I died so you can live with Me forever here on earth and in heaven.

My blood offers forgiveness for all your sins and gives you the privilege to stand blameless before Me.

Christmas is about celebrating the birth of a baby boy sent from God.

My birthday provides the gift of salvation to all those who elect to live for Me.

Christmas gives you the ability to have an embracing and personal relationship with the Living Christ.

My presents endure forever.

The world presents an artificial picture of Christmas and is not reflective of who I am.

You rejoice at Christmas but I weep for My people.

The deceit of Christmas is the commercial exploitation of My name. Christmas gives people a reason to satisfy their own desires while I get lost in all the commotion.

Don’t pretend to be like Me. Be yourself and walk by faith with Me.

Christmas is a training ground to become more like Me.

Christmas comes once a year. I come every day in the life of a believer.

I deserve your praise every day not just during the Christmas season.

Christmas is a light that shines in the darkness.

Most believers get caught up in the fanfare of Christmas. This creates anxiety and exhaustion. Submit your Christmas holiday to Me and I will give you joy, peace and rest.

Christmas is a time to thank Me for who I am.

Confidence or lack of faith in Jesus!

“Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin” Matthew 6:28

The word from God today is to live entrenched in His promises without wavering.

God created beautiful lilies. He did the work from planting, watering, growing, and finally returning them to the earth.

The lilies are beautiful and they did nothing to contribute to their beauty or life span.

God wants to make you like a lily and provide for your every need.

There is no striving with God. We walk by faith believing in His promises.

We are people who worry and become anxious over our needs.

The worry grieves the heart of God. Jesus says ask and you shall receive but ask by faith without doubting.

“You of little faith”

Without faith you cannot please God. Faith is reaching out to God for your every need and then resting in His greatness and glory.

Faith is a microcosm of the life of Jesus. This is how we interact with Him.

Christmas comes by faith and not by what you see with your eyes.

Getting started with Jesus!

The word from God today is love begets love. Reach out to Jesus and He will respond with unconditional and sacrificial love for you. The love of God is unlike anything in the world.

The relationship with God starts with a voluntary decision to reach out to God. You have to ask to receive. The initiative is on you.

The gift of salvation creates a conscious need for the life of God. There is an awakening in your soul.

The gift of salvation creates the life of Jesus within you through the work of the Holy Spirit. You develop a need to be in relationship with God.

The salvation of God reorders you life and takes away old things and adds new things.

The gift of salvation create a new way of living and obtaining things. God calls things that don’t exist as if they did. He does this by your faith in His promises.

The salvation of God in a human being is the transformation into a new creature in Christ Jesus with a moral compass built on the values of Jesus.

The gift of salvation is a calling from God to live with Him in prayer, praise, and to listen for His voice. Read the Bible under the auspices of the Holy Spirit. Jesus will no longer live on the pages of a Bible. He will be a Living Reality in your life.

God desires to give you a new beginning but you must ask and then Jesus will do awesome things.

How does God get your attention?

Then the Lord said to me, “Do not pray for this people, for their good. When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and grain offering, I will not accept them. But I will consume them by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.” Jeremiah 14:11-12

The word from God today is “The end justifies the means.”

This statement explains a desired result is so good or important that any method may be used to achieve it.

The desired result (or end) with God is at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth. And, God will make this become a reality by executing His judgments over the world.

Christianity paints a false picture of God. The leaders cover up the means of retribution used by God to get your attention. This sounds radical but God never changes.

The dialogue between Jeremiah and God demonstrates the mind of God about sin. God doesn’t just dismiss sin; He executes judgment and no one can change His mind.

God decided the Israelites would pay dearly for their sins. They turned away from God and pursued other idols.

They did not listen to the voice of God or attempt to obey His instructions.

They did not take God seriously.

Today the judgment of God is over our country and many other nations for the same reasons.

We do not fear or respect God.

We make reckless decisions that defy the ways of God.

We have besmirched the heart of God and He is at work to make us pay for our grievous sins.

God is coming with terrifying power and the fires of judgment to declare to the world I am the Living Christ.

I am the eternal living God. There is no one like Me!

Fellowship with Christ!

“And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ” Ephesians 3:9

In the middle of last night God spoke this Bible verse and asked me to teach about fellowship with Jesus without the shackles of religion.

The concept of fellowship with God was a mystery for many ages until God revealed His plan of redemption.

God did His work of creation through Jesus, the Son of God. They are one from the beginning of time. If you want God you have to come through Jesus.

Fellowship with Jesus begins with making a decision from the heart to live for Him above else.

Jesus reveals His unsearchable riches to believers who live in oneness with Him. The riches cannot be found through your human intellect. They come from heaven to those who worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth.

Jesus does not hide from a believer who enters into fellowship with Him. He becomes alive and upfront in your life.

Jesus is mysterious because He does not think or act like you.

Fellowship with Jesus is about prayer seeking His will, praising Jesus for who He is and learning to be still and listen for His voice.

Jesus operates through His words which never change so you must read the Bible under the auspices of the Holy Spirit to understand and live by His values.

Fellowship is entering into the suffering of Christ. You will die to self and lose the rights to yourself.

The reality of Jesus will come to those who live under the authority of the Holy Spirit. Jesus reveals His unsearchable riches through the Holy Spirit who is the life of Christ and dwells in all believers.

Jesus is a holy and will not become contaminated by your sin.

Your sin is a barrier to fellowship with Jesus. You must come before Jesus confessing your sin and asking Him to cover you with His blood. This is a lifelong responsibility and requires an open heart to conviction and correction.

We all compromise the scruples of Christ. It is very difficult to be a doer of the Word because Jesus is the antithesis of the human spirit.

Jesus desires for you to walk with Him by faith believing in His promises and not by what you see with your eyes. Without faith you cannot please God. Faith is a lifestyle of trusting God for your every need. Faith has to be lived out in both the ups and downs of life.

Fellowship begins with learning who Jesus is and living with Him by faith. The works of Jesus will come out of your obedience to His voice.

Judging right and wrong from the perspective of Jesus!

We are imperfect people living in an imperfect world. Who gives you the right to judge!

“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one’s praise will come from God.” 1 Corinthians 4:5

God judges all things according to His standards of truth and justice.

He has the ability to see into the heart of a human being. He looks at your upbringing, motives influencing your decision making, wreckage from the past and emotional scars in your inner being. He also looks at your hidden sins and the source of all your thoughts.

You and I lack the ability to judge another person. We see the surface; God sees the depth. As believers, we can only confront darkness, offer the counsel of God and pray vigilantly.

When a Christ follower gets in touch with his tainted inner nature he will never boast about himself. He sees a glimpse of what God sees and the picture is pretty ugly.

The Christ follower praises God for all the successes in his life and gives all the glory to God never to himself.

The longer you walk with God the deeper the revelation you can never come close to the purity of God. You are a lost soul except for the love and redemption of God.

This epiphany creates love, respect, humility and praise to Jesus, the King of Kings.

The world is full of evil. Satan is at work to remove the influence of Christ and to steal, kill, and destroy the people of God.

We can act with the weapons provided by God to bring down strongholds and defeat the tactics of Satan.

We execute judgement through prayer and intercession. We speak the powerful words of Jesus in disarming Satan.

Take advantage of the precious gift God has given you. He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world.

Draw upon the power of the Holy Spirit to change lives and leave the judging up to God.
