Walking in the footsteps of Jesus during a time of judgment!

“I will punish the world for its evil,
And the wicked for their iniquity;
I will halt the arrogance of the proud,
And will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.” Isaiah 13:11

Everything is not okay today. God is angry and dispensing His judgments over the world. The Holy Spirit speaks this scripture to me every day of my life.

How can you and I live with God in this turbulent season?

We have to be willing to change!

Do not take God for granted or expect predictably.

He is removing the foundations of your security. There will be loss of personal freedoms, financial chaos, shortages of food and products, workplace adversity, and wars among the nations.

Christianity is failing God. The Living Christ gets pushed aside for works and laws.

The world is filled with immorality and evil.

Most governments have passed laws nullifying the oracles of God with more to come.

God is irate over the corruption in the Body of Christ and the whitewashing of His truths to satisfy impure motives. In the near future He will be distancing Himself from many believers and leaders in the Body of Christ. Soon many will wake up to a silent God.

The question is where can you find security during this time of duress?

Seek out the will of Jesus with all your heart. Read the Word of God. It is alive, powerful and life changing.

Pray vigilantly. Be open to a heart of repentance and ask Jesus to cover you with His blood. Ask God to convict you of any wrongdoing in your life.

Commit your works to God each day and give the Holy Spirit authority over your life.

Listen for the voice of God and respond with obedience.

Do not complain. Praise God and worship His holy Name.

Pray the meditations of your heart and your words will be pleasing to the Lord.

This is a time that you must trust Me implicitly and believe in My promises. Do not look to your own understanding or make decisions by what you see with your eyes. Listen to My voice and follow My directions. I am an omniscient God and will guide you through the storms even though it may not make any sense to you. I deliver My people!

The estrangement of God in the life of believers!

“How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?” Psalm 13:1

God spoke to me last night about estrangement referring to His plan to remove His presence from many believers.

This has specific relevance to the leaders in the Body of Christ. They will awaken one day soon and the Spirit of Christ will not be with them. They will not hear the voice of God.

This is taking place because God is very angry with those who whitewash His truths and operate with impure motives.

God does not change and His oracles are everlasting. They cannot be interpreted to meet the changing culture in our world or to satisfy the selfish motives of religion.

God was silent for 400 years between the end of the Old Testament and  the beginning of the New Testament.

He is choosing to disavow those who refuse to come under His authority and teach or accept hearsay.

The remnant of Christ will not be effected by this judgment of God. They will be the anointed ones and will be powerful witnesses for Christ.

You can wake up each morning in the presence of My Spirit if you seek Me with all your heart and worship Me in Spirit and Truth! I am the Lord and I never change!

The consequences of hiding your duplicity from Jesus!

“For we have been consumed by Your anger, And by Your wrath we are terrified. You have set our iniquities before You, Our secret sins in the light of Your countenance.” Psalm 90:7-8

The word of God for today is duplicity referring to the pervasive action of deceit and immortality in our world.

You find this in government, business, the internet, churches and in the lives of most people. And, religion is one of the biggest offenders. They whitewash the truths of God and interpret scripture to meet their own purposes.

Duplicity can be defined as anything contrary to the words of God. This takes place in your thoughts, hidden motives and immoral actions. And, it grieves the Holy Spirit and leads to the discipline of God.

You and I have to face God turning away from duplicity or we will be on a path leading to destruction and death.

It may not seem like it but Jesus is at work to build His church on the rock and the gates of hell will not prevail against this plan.

God is angry over our secret sins and is displaying His wrath in judgments spreading around the world.

How can you be a strong pillar in the New Testament church standing up for the oracles of God?

You and I have to come clean with God confessing our sins and living with a continual attitude of repentance.

Then you must be in contact with the Living Christ and hearing His voice. This will happen when you commit your works each day to God and invite the Holy Spirit to have authority over your life.

This will allow you to live in a symbiotic relationship with God. He will be your best friend and share His life with you!

Nothing is impossible for God!

Getting right with God seems like a lost cause!

“Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more.” Romans 5:20

The longer I live with God the more I see how my inner nature is so opposed to the ways of God.

It is a hopeless situation to see I can never match up to the standards of God.

God taught me a long time ago to forget about trying to keep the laws of God and just walk with Him by faith and seek the blood of Jesus to cover my sins.

The perfect oracles of God expose the sin and frailty of mankind. They testify that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

We live in a world filled with pervasive sin and immorality. And, you and I cannot keep the laws of God. We are an unclean people.

In His perfect wisdom God devised a plan to overcome sin.

Jesus is the solution to sin. He died to sin so we can live blameless before God.

Jesus hates sin but He utilizes sin to draw people to Himself. This is why all things work for the good for those who are Christ followers and seeking the will of God.

Jesus is glorified through sin. Sin demonstrates it is impossible for anyone to keep the oracles of God.

This is why you and I must abide in the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus which sets you free from the law of sin and death.

Walk with God by faith anchored to the Holy Spirit and you will be free from the bondage of sin and have the ability to live a life pleasing to God.

You cannot see yourself through My eyes. I know you better than you know yourself. Seek out My wisdom and live under the authority of the Holy Spirit. He will guide you in My ways.

The authenticity of Christ is life changing!

“I am the way the life and the truth” John 14:6

Jesus does not live in the Bible. He lives in the heart of all believers.

The distinction of Jesus is that He is alive and desires to be close to you. He offers all the gift of salvation which entitles you to live with Him forever.

Salvation has no timeline and begins with your decision to live for Jesus above all else.

Salvation is entering into a personal and embracing relationship with God. He becomes you best friend and confidant. He speaks to you and shares His life with you.

Salvation gives you the attributes of Jesus. He fills you with strength, wisdom, joy and protects you from evil. The attributes of Jesus are supernatural and come from heaven. They cannot be found on earth.

Salvation changes you into a new person in Christ Jesus. You begin to think and act differently. God changes your value system to reflect His nature. You see life from the perspective of God.

Jesus desires to enhance the quality of your life and give you more than you ask or think.

So is Jesus fact or fiction? You can discover the answer to this today.

Ask Jesus to speak to you. Then just be still and open up your heart to hear the voice of the Living Christ.

He will meet you today at your point of need. He is God from everlasting to everlasting.

Think about Me as the Creator of heaven and earth with power and dominion over all things. Come live with Me by faith and I will demonstrate My greatness to you. There is no one like Me! I live so you can live!

The revelations of Christ!

God spoke to me last night night about several passionate issues on His mind.

He brought up the subject of a believer’s intrinsic connection to God. How are you linked to the kingdom of God?  This is about understanding how essential the Holy Spirit is in the life of a Christ follower. The Holy Spirit is the conduit to the Living Christ and the reality of God in your life.

The only way you can walk closely with God is to give the Holy Spirit authority over you life

For most of my life I have been a passive ally of the pro life movement but that all changed last night. God woke me up to tell me that He hates abortion clinics. He said they have a license to kill and are slaughtering innocent unborn babies.

So I have started to pray that will God wake up our nation to pray for governors and state legislators to pass laws (like Texas) banning the abortion clinics and this movement of God will sweep across our country.

God also revealed to me last night He plans to destroy papal authority and free the followers of the church to worship God in Spirit and Truth without the sacraments of Catholicism. The Catholic Church as it is known today will cease to exist.

Finally, God has burdened me with intense intercession and prayer for the Body of Christ and has etched this promise of God into the depth of my soul.

“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”

The eccentric nature of Christ!

The word from God today deals with the eccentric nature of Christ referring to His unconventional methods.

This is about your personal relationship with God and His interaction in your life.

You probably won’t experience the unpredictable and controversial side of Jesus unless you are completely committed to Him.

Keep in mind, you are dealing with a God who has power and dominion over the heavens and earth. Nothing is impossible for Him.

A thousand years is like one day with God. He is from everlasting to everlasting!

Lets forget the religious cliches and go to the heart of the matter. If you are a believer your destiny is in the hands of God. Jesus simply wants you to walk by faith believing in His promises.

He can shake up your life, create all kinds of adversity, and test you to the ends of the earth. There is no such thing as normal with God.

What does God really want from you? He wants your obedience to His voice even when it makes no sense to you.

God will take away (or crucify) every passion in your life to get your devotion to Him. Jesus wants all of you.

At times, Jesus will shut down and leave you out in the cold.

He is God and can do with you as He pleases. Jesus does not think or act like you. You cannot stereotype Jesus. And, He is always several strides ahead of you.

God does not like the predictable. This way of life will erode your faith and distance you from God. You have to live with God one day at a time and always be open to change.

The solution to dealing with God is to get out of His way and let Him do with you as He pleases.

God spoke to me off and on all last night about seeking first the kingdom of God and all the other things will be added to your life.

You and I are dumbfounded to the plans of God. Pray, seek out His will, and be obedient to His voice.

Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. God will deliver you but He wants all the glory to go to Him.

Do not question Me. I am a perfect God and desire to give you an abundant life. Come to me by faith not by what you see with your eyes. I alone am your God!

Did Jesus die in vain?

“I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.” Galatians 2:21

If you look at the world today you might wonder if Jesus died in vain. Christianity is declining and is filled with hypocrisy, deceit and impure motives.

The governments of the nations are mostly corrupt and have passed laws to nullify the precepts of God. Immorality is pervasive and there is little respect for God.

Where do you find the righteous of God?

The response is the purity of God lives in those who walk by faith believing in the promises of Jesus.

The Christ follower does not look at the world for righteousness; He finds it dwelling within him in the essence of the Holy Spirit. He does attempt to keep laws; his goal is to seek the will of God and live in obedience to the voice of God.

The reality of God is the world is going to get worse never better.

Your only hope is to abide with the Living Christ through prayer and meditate on the Word. Listen to the voice of Christ and walk in His footsteps anchored to the Holy Spirit.

Pray for God to send an angel to protect you and deliver you from evil.

Do not be shaken by the circumstances in your life or the world. Jesus is alive and has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

Jesus is at work at this very moment to bring all things under His authority. In the perfect timing of our awesome God every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord and Savior.

My desire is for you to live moment by moment with Me abiding in the Holy Spirit. He is your sanctuary in these tumultuous times. He will give you My perfect wisdom and guide your pathway.

The window to God!

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:3

Jesus did not come to the earth to save the righteous. He came to find sinners willing to repent. His desire is to rescue those living in moral depravity.

Jesus also said if someone believes they are healthy they have no need for a doctor.

If you want the fullness of Jesus you have to see yourself for who you are. You and I were born with an inner nature to live for self and defy God. We can never get right with God. We have an impoverished soul lacking the life of God.

Reach out to Jesus confessing your sins and ask for His blood to cover you.

The mindset of Jesus is looking for prostitutes, tax cheats, and all the dregs of society. He is motivated by unconditional love to draw these people to Himself.

Jesus delights in opening the gates of Heaven to those who are unworthy and living in the bondage of sin with no way of escape.

There is no one worthy in My sight. I will move mountains to save the sinner who cries out to Me with the words “I need help God” from the depth of their heart. This person will see the kingdom of God and live with Me forever.

How to be Christ centric?

The purpose of God in this season of judgment is discipleship. This begins with a decision for Jesus and then learning and appropriating the values of Jesus in your life.

Discipleship is life changing and creates the opportunity to live with Me in a vibrant and embracing relationship.

God’s priority is not building churches or guiding believers into an all encompassing relationship with a church. There is nothing wrong with going to a church that honors the values of God but this is not your ultimate goal with God.

The churches tend to take away your freedom and want to control you through religion. You are not helping God by establishing yourself in religion.

The purpose of God is to send all believers out into the world with the message of the gospel. You cannot live in a bubble and be effective for God.

Discipleship is teaching others how to walk with God.

This begins with prayer and a genuine desire to do the will of God. You must also be a student of the Bible with an understanding of spiritual truths.

Most importantly, you must be living in oneness with God anchored to the Holy Spirit.

There is also the issue of spiritual maturity and the equipping of the gifts of the Spirit.

The starting point for most believers is lifestyle discipleship. You walk with God and touch others with the Living Water through your words, actions and demeanor. You are a witness for God without preaching or judging others.

As you encounter people in different situations remember God is omniscient. He knows everything about the life and personality of every individual. He knows if they are receptive to the gospel, how to approach them and the perfect timing. So you have to linked to the Holy Spirit or your efforts will be futile.

There are many excellent examples of discipleship in the Bible. Jesus asked the woman at the well for water and this led to a conversation. Jesus spoke words of knowledge to the woman and she was deeply convicted and made a decision for Jesus.

The Spirit of God directed Phillip to an encounter with a rich Egyptian who was trying to understand scripture. Phillip explained the gospel to the Egyptian and he was saved and baptized. The timing of God and the anointed teaching skills of Phillip led to this man’s conversion.

We are in the end times facing the severe judgments of God. Pray for wisdom and the anointing of the Holy Spirit to give you a powerful ministry of discipleship.

The authenticity of Christ saves lives!
