And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

I asked God how He would describe His strength. He replied “My strength is an all encompassing ability to overcome any obstacle in life. This strength comes from heaven and cannot be found in the world.”

The conflict is choosing between self sufficiency and the strength of Jesus. And, the strength of Christ is not intellectual or hypothetical.

Come to Jesus admitting you are weak and unable to cope with the challenges of life.

This fills the heart of Jesus with gladness. You are mindful of your frailties and recognize Jesus is your only hope for strength to deal with all the adversities of life.

Jesus died so you can reach out to Him for your every need. He offers you a reservoir of unlimited strength.

All of the great battles described in the Bible were won by God alone. It is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit. God does not need your help. In fact, He knows if you win the battle the glory will not go to Him.

The power of Christ will come to those who live in submission to God and walk in the light yielding to the Holy Spirit.

God wants to increase your greatness and comfort you on every side.

Reach out to Jesus by faith and He will empower you with His resurrected life.

The Word of God for today is “aegis” which is defined as the protection, backing, and support of a person.

Jesus wants to be your aegis or security from all the adversity and evil in the world.

The question is “Will you allow Jesus to be your God?”

Jesus is a complete God and lacks nothing. He can meet your every need but He operates by His Word.

If you want the efficacy of Christ you have to meet Him on His terms.

Jesus wants you to live for Him without any limitations. He wants all of you.

You cannot worship other gods or idols and expect to receive the fullness of His support.

Jesus wants you to seek out His will for your life above all else.

You can find His will through prayer, the study of His Word, and listening to His voice.

Jesus accepts you with all your blemishes but you have to live with Him through His blood which cleanses you from all sin and restores you to God.

Jesus has no desire to turn you into a religious robot. He wants you to be free to experience His abundant life and be a light touching those living in darkness.

You can live in oneness with Jesus by yielding to the Holy Spirit which is sealed inside you.

The Holy Spirit is the life of Christ. He wants to protect you and keep you away from evil but it is your responsibility to abide closely to Jesus through His Spirit.

This can be achieved by committing your works each day to Jesus and asking Him to be alive in your thoughts. When in doubt take a timeout and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom. He has given you the mind of Christ.

Jesus wants to live in all the moments of your life including what you eat and drink, how you spend your time, your decision making, and your finances.

The more you yield to Jesus the bigger He will become in your life.

Jesus is a Living God and can do for you what you can never achieve on your own!

“And the raiding bands from Moab invaded the land in the spring of the year. So it was, as they were burying a man, that suddenly they spied a band of raiders; and they put the man in the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let down and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.” 2 Kings 13:20-21

Jesus turns death into life. And, this can happen to you today.

This story is one of the greatest miracles of God and testifies to His greatness and glory.

Elisha was a prophet of God and died after a life of doing powerful works for God.

At the time this miracle took place the Israelites were dealing with the threat of the raiding bands of Moab.

They were burying a dead man and suddenly saw a band of raiders.

They quickly lowered the dead man into the tomb of Elisha. When the dead man touched the bones of Elisha the corpse came back to life.

This miracle can happen to you today. If you are a believer, the resurrected power of Christ lives in you. This is the same Spirit that raised the dead man back to life.

Today you can live in the world but not be of the world. You can die to sin and live with Jesus forever.

The Holy Spirit is the embodiment of Christ Jesus. Walk with God anchored to the Holy Spirit and you will see new life. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.

“Hope deferred makes the heart sick but when the desire comes it is a tree of life.” Proverbs 13:12

The world is temporary. I am eternal.

I keep My promises. They are sealed in My blood. The world will disappoint you.

Find you satisfaction in Me. I have overcome the world.

I created the world but I do not live in the world. The world is filled with a stench.

Make your home in Me. Dwell with Me through the Holy Spirit. He is My life.

I am the vine. You are the branch. Cling to me through prayer and worship Me in Spirit and Truth.

Do not compromise My words. I never change.

The world will fade away but My Word will endure forever.

Walk with Me by faith. All the promises of God in Christ are yes and amen.

I am a healing God. Ask and you shall see evidence of My greatness.

I am a faithful God.

Rest in My greatness. There is no one like Me.

I am a God of greatness, power, glory victory, and majesty.

I have power and dominion over the heavens and the earth.

I deliver My people.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the other things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

This spiritual truth is about living under the authority of Christ Jesus.

What is God asking of you and me?

I want your allegiance to Me at all times. When your world is falling apart cling to Me with unyielding faith in My promises. I keep My Word.

Seek Me out for your every need! I covet your prayers.

Worship Me in Spirit and Truth. Listen for My voice. I speak to My people.

Live in oneness with Me anchored to My Spirit. He will protect you and fill you with My life.

There is a way that seems right but it will lead to destruction. Follow Me and reject the wisdom of the world. You cannot see ahead but I know every detail of your future.

Your sanctuary is in Me alone. I have come that you might have an abundant life filled with My joy.

The hardships you are experiencing today are under My authority. I am shaking the world over My anger and disgust with the lack of respect for My name.

I am a healing God. Ask and you shall receive. I heal broken lives and set people free from the bondage of sin.

Rest in My greatness. Cease from your striving and walk by faith. It is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit.

Believe in Me and I will believe in you.

There is no one like Me. I will never fail you!

“I will punish the word for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.” Isaiah 13:11

God has been speaking this scripture to me several times each day for months. He is angry over the unrequited love of believers, the lack of respect for who He is, and the evil in our world.

We live as if there is no God.

We change the laws of God to reflect the changing values of society.

We interpret scripture with unclean motives.

We minimize or reject the Holy Spirit allowing religion to control people and lead them into works and laws.

We worship false idols and live an aphrodisiac lifestyle pretending we are believers.

Last night God reminded me He hears all your thoughts and sees all your actions. You have no privacy with God.

God is ubiquitous. Jesus is present everywhere.

The voice of God is calling you to turn away from darkness and enter into the light of Christ.

The decision is to live for Christ with an open heart to seek His will or suffer through the judgments of God which will lead to destruction.

Pray for Jesus to cover all your sins with His blood and convict you of where you fall short of pleasing Him.

Come to God and submit your works to Him and ask Jesus to fill you with His thoughts.

Be open to hear the voice of Christ.

Walk with God anchored to the Holy Spirit.

I am Christ the Lord and I died to give you my life. Walk with Me by faith reaching out to Me for your every need. I want your loyalty and obedience to My voice. There is no one like Me!

“But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:16

Find a quiet place and relax.

Clear your mind from the worries of the world.

Speak to Jesus. Tell Him you want to live for Him.

Ask Jesus to cleanse you from all your sins and restore you to Himself.

Commit your works to God and ask for His thoughts to be established within you.

Be quiet and listen for the voice of Christ.

You will hear the Living Christ! He lives in your thoughts.

Jesus loves you!

“The words of the Lord are pure words, Like silver tried in a furnace of earth, Purified seven times, You shall keep them, O Lord, You shall preserve them from this generation forever.” Psalm 12:6-7

I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.

There is no one like Me.

I live so you can live.

There is a way that seems right to a man but its end is destruction.

Religion is an anathema to Me. Come worship Me in Spirit and Truth.

I am a faithful God. Reach out to Me for your every need. I will never fail you.

Live in oneness with Me anchored to the Spirit of Christ. This is where you will find security and protection.

I alone am worthy of your praise.

Rest in Me. It is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit.

I am alive in My people. Listen for My voice.

I keep My promises.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I am a healing God. Ask and you shall receive!

My ways are perfect.

“For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3:12

This might surprise you but Jesus is just asking you to live with Him by faith and be diligent in seeking His will out for your life. He has no interest in religion because it suffocates the Spirit of Christ living within a believer.

The starting point is to make a decision to live for Jesus above all else.

This commitment comes without compromise. Your money, possessions, work, family, ambitions, and all your passions must die on the Cross. Your priority is to live for Christ.

The miracle of salvation is you become a new creature sealed with the life of Christ. Your life now belongs to Jesus and He can do with you as He pleases.

The life of a believer is always under the microscope of Jesus. He examines your every thought and all your motives to determine if you are living with the values of Jesus.

The transforming power of Christ.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creature. The old has passed away and all things become new.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live but Christ lives in Me.

You live for Jesus by faith trusting in His promises. Jesus will sever all your ties to the world. He wants you to find your security in Him alone.

Jesus wants you to live in oneness with Him anchored to the Holy Spirit. To do this you must worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth.

You must be in contact with the voice of Christ at all times. He has given you the mind of Christ.

Jesus wants your unquestioned loyalty to Him regardless of the circumstances in your life.

You walk by faith not by sight believing all the promises of God in Christ are yes and amen!

Jesus is a living God!

“You only have I known of all the families of the earth;
Therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.” Amos 3:2

The Word of God for today is “unrequited love” which implies one sided love or not returning the fullness of the love given to you by another person.

God explained His emotions to me in this story. There was a man and woman in a love relationship. The man deeply loved the woman.

One day in a conversation the woman revealed she was pregnant and she believed the man was the father but admitted to other lovers.

The man was distraught, angry, and deeply hurt. These are the emotions of Christ Jesus today.

Jesus has given all of Himself to believers. He expressed His unconditional love for you by dying on the Cross so you can have the gift of salvation.

Jesus died so you can have an abundant life and live with Him forever.

We accept the love of God but we also have other lovers. This is the definition of unrequited love.

We cheat on God by worshipping false idols like power, money, and aphrodisiac living.

We attempt to appease God through sacrifices, offerings, and works while He is only asking for a commitment from the heart to live for Him above all else.

Jesus wants your absolute loyalty and obedience to His voice. He wants you to walk by faith believing in His promises.

Today, there is stench over the Body of Christ. We have disowned Jesus and prostituted His values.

Come under the chain of command of God and worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth. He wants all of you!
