The Sobriquet of Christ!

The word from God today is sobriquet which is another name or description for a person. The sobriquet for Jesus is “I AM”.

Merry Christmas! Life begins at Bethlehem.

Jesus has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

He is omnipotent. There is no greater power in the universe.

He is from everlasting to everlasting.

He is the Creator of all life.

He is ubiquitous and present in all things.

He is omniscient and sees all things.

He is a healing God.

He is replete and has no needs.

He is the pathway to salvation.

He is a loving and compassionate God.

He forgives all sin through His blood.

He delivers His people.

He is the source of the Living Water.

He is motivated by unconditional love and invites you to receive the gift of everlasting life.

He performs signs and wonders to display His glory.

He is the intercessor for all humanity working to bring down strongholds and set people free.

He is the source of an abundant life and wants to give you more than you ask or think.

He lives in all believers in the essence of the Holy Spirit.

He fills you with strength, wisdom, joy and protection.

He asks you to live with Him by faith. Without faith you cannot please Jesus.

He is a living God. He speaks to you and desires to have an embracing and vibrant relationship with you.

He hates religion and simply asks you to walk with Him by faith anchored to the Holy Spirit.

He never changes. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

He can do for you what you can never do for yourself. He is Christ the Lord!

Jesus, the scion for all humanity!

I awoke this morning to hear God speak the words of the title for this narrative.

The definition of scion is a descendant of a notable family. In the context of spiritual truth, Jesus is the scion for all humanity. He is the Son of God and came from heaven. Your life begins with the birth of Jesus. He is the reason for Christmas.

As a believer, you are a descendant of Jesus and covered by the everlasting covenant God made with Abraham.

Your heritage and lineage comes directly from Jesus. You belong to the royalty of God and are entitled to all the promises of Christ.

What is the reality of this truth for a human being with a limited life span on earth?

The scion of Jesus is an invitation to all mankind to make a conscious decision to live for Him above all else. This begins your journey of salvation. And, God seals you with the Holy Spirit. He is the life of Jesus and your source of all of His heavenly attributes.

Jesus promises to supply you with endless strength, wisdom, joy and protection. These supernatural attributes come from the sacrifice Jesus made on the Cross.

Most importantly, you can live in oneness with the Son of God. He will speak to you and guide your pathway. Jesus desires to be your best friend and share the fullness of His life with you!

There is no one like Him!

You cannot touch the Son of God but I can touch you with the riches of My salvation. My words are Truth and Life. Come learn from Me!

Dealing with the crushing burden of Christ!

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:29-30

If you are a believer you will feel the arduous burden God has placed on you. The burden will not go away until God accomplishes His work in you.

Jesus carried the burden of knowing He would die on a Cross every day of His life. He was the lamb led to the slaughter by His Father.

One has died for all!

The burden will transform you into the character of Jesus and you will be a powerful beacon of Living Water.

The challenge is learning to live in oneness with God when you feel crushed by the burden.

Here are some suggestions for living under the burdens of God.

Cast the burden upon the shoulders of Christ. Jesus wants you to give the burden to Him and He will breathe His life into you.

Draw upon the strength of Christ.

Pray the meditations of your heart and your words are acceptable to God.

Turn your complaining into praise to God. Praise Jesus through the word of God and live in His promises.

Walk by faith anchored to the Holy Spirit.

Pray you can see the beauty of the Lord regardless of your dire circumstances.

Live in oneness with Jesus through prayer and maintaining a consciousness with the Holy Spirit.

Commit your works each day to God and pray His thoughts will be established in your mind.

Wait upon the Lord with cheerful readiness.

Jesus keeps His promises!

The broken branch on the tree of life!

Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness.” Romans 11:22

Last night I saw a vision of a branch broken off a tree. The broken branch is all those who have fallen into unbelief. They will be dealt with severity by the hand of God.

The promise of God is for those who come out of darkness (the wild olive tree) to be grafted into the tree of life. They will experience the goodness of God.

God did not spare the natural branches and they were cut off because the people did not fear God and were very prideful.

God invites all those living in the wild olive tree to be grafted into the tree of salvation and live with Jesus forever.

The Israelites were God’s chosen people and they were cut off from the tree of life because of unbelief. They died in the wilderness and never witnessed the goodness of God.

Without faith you cannot please God. Live in the promises of Jesus not by what you see with your eyes.

The judgments of God are spreading all over the world and life will become very difficult in the days ahead.

God is your sanctuary. He can be found by all those who walk by faith believing in the promises of Jesus.

My people have deaf ears!

“For as the sash clings to the waist of a man, so I have caused the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah to cling to Me, says the Lord, that they may become My people, for renown, for praise, and for glory; but they would not hear.” Jeremiah 13:11

My words are truth and life!

Good Morning, I was greeted by God on Sunday with the words “My people have deaf ears.”

This is the holiday season and a perfect time to find oneness with Jesus. You and I have the mind of Christ and God wants us to listen for His voice and respond with obedience.

The voice of God is not hidden from you. He speaks to His people. The voice of God comes to all those who live under the authority of the Holy Spirit and seek the cover of the blood of Jesus.

To grasp the significance of this teaching you have to substitute the “Body of Christ” for the “the full house of Israel and the full house of Judah” in the scripture above. This places you into the reality of the words of God for today.

God instructed Jeremiah, the prophet, to hide a sash under a rock in the wilderness.

After a long period of time He told Jeremiah to retrieve the sash. Jeremiah complied and found a rotten garment worth nothing.

This prompted God to respond with the words above.

God built a strong bond with the Israelites through the everlasting covenant He made with Abraham. On Mount Sinai God said if you obey My voice and keep My covenant you will be a special treasure to Me above all the people for all the earth is Mine.

God transformed a small tribe of Israelites into a powerful nation.

You and I live under this covenant. Remember, Jesus said before Abraham I Am. You are a descendant of Abraham and entitled to all the promises of Christ.

God said that all those living under this covenant with Abraham are to display the attributes of renown, praise and glory. This is your commitment to God and will only happen to those walking with God anchored to the Holy Spirit.

God concludes this admonition with the words “they would not hear.”

The challenge for believers is to not become a rotten garment discarded by God.

We have to repent from our sins and return to Jesus with an open heart to seek His will through prayer and listening for His voice.

The Holy Spirit lives in you and He desires to speak to you and help you walk in the footsteps of Jesus.

There is no one like Jesus!

Extrapolating the truths of Jesus into your heart!

The word from God today is extrapolate which is defined as the process of predicting by projecting past experience or known data. In the life of a believer the known data is the words of Jesus.

The world is unstable and has no future for you. There is no security or hope in the world.

As a believer you and I can predict outcomes in our life based upon the truths of Christ.

The life of a believer is to walk by faith anchored to the promises of God. This is where you will find security and hope for the future.

Meditate on the words of Jesus. They are life and truth. Your confidence will come from the promises of God.

Listen for the voice of Christ and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ Jesus.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He never changes!

The law of God is in his heart and none of his steps shall stumble!

The nomenclature of Christ!

“God calls things that don’t exist as if they did.” Romans 4:17

The word of God for today is nomenclature referring to the system of names in a particular field (or in this case the kingdom of God).

This relates to how God created the heavens and earth and every living being. Most importantly, this is how God will create things in your life.

God calls things that don’t exist as if they did. He creates and then gives a name to His work. God looks at His creation and sees that it is good.

God created a ruling class of people beginning with Adam and Eve.

God blessed Adam and Eve and told them to be fruitful and multiply. He also said fill the earth and subdue it.

God provided an abundance of food for Adam and Eve. And, they lived in a perfect world. The Garden of Eden is a precursor of Heaven.

The commands given to Adam and Eve apply to all believers. God wants to give you an abundant life filled with the goodness of Jesus. As believers, we have to take authority over our domain and be fruitful and multiply.

You and I have to live in the nomenclature of God and speak His language. We have to understand how God will create things in our life and reach out to Him by faith.

We don’t live in heaven; we live in a broken world filled with evil and immorality.

Speak to God on His terms. Pray for your needs and desires by faith and then praise Him for His greatness and glory.

Your prayers are in the hands of God and He will call them into existence in His perfect timing.

You and I have the oracles of God in our heart. They are everlasting. Live and breathe the precious words of Jesus into your soul. They are your keepsake!

For the world is Mine, and all its fullness.

The enigmatic Jesus!

Jesus died on the Cross to share His life with you and me.

The gift of salvation is a voluntary decision to live for Jesus and die to self. You submit yourself fully to Jesus without any expectations.

Your life belongs to Jesus and He can do with you as He pleases. This is where most people get sidetracked. Your desires and goals have to fall under the authority and timing of Jesus.

You cannot exploit the work of the Cross for your own purposes. The Cross calls you to live in submission to God. You continually go to God seeking His will for your life.

Jesus has covered all your sins with His blood so you can stand blameless before God. He has given you an eternal inheritance and entitlement to all His promises.

Jesus has sealed you with the Holy Spirit who is the life of Christ and the source of all the attributes of God.

There is no autonomy or independence in this relationship. You have to give up the right to yourself.

You walk with God yielding to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit desires to have authority over every aspect of your life.

God wants to give you an abundant life and bless the desires of your heart. The challenge is understanding how this happens.

The difficult part of walking with God is understanding He does not think or act like you. God has no ego but you and I are self driven people.

God is alive in your life to will and to work for His good pleasure. However, the good pleasure of God is contradictory to the ways of the world. And, the good pleasure of God can bring heartbreak and suffering.

The purpose of God is to refine you into His character and make you a powerful witness for Christ. This can take many years and different seasons of living with God.

The Living Christ who has power and dominion over the heavens and earth desires to have an embracing and all encompassing relationship with you.

Come and see where He lives!

How to live in a symbiotic relationship with Christ!

The hierarchy of Christ!

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” Matthew 24:35

The word hierarchy is defined as system in which people or groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority.

In the hierarchy of the kingdom of God Jesus is the highest authority.

The scripture above is an analogous description of heaven and earth and the words of Jesus.

You and I have a finite life span and at some point in time we will leave the earth.

During our time on earth we have a choice to make a decision for Jesus and receive the gift of eternal life. However, after death heaven is no longer available.

You must seize the moment and come to Jesus before heaven and earth disappear.

Jesus is the way the truth and the life. The words of Jesus will endure forever. They are your shelter and eternal hope.

There is no one like Me!

The proclamation of Christ!

“How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!” Isaiah 14:12

This was spoken to me by God last night. He wants you to shout to the Lord with all of your heart praising the greatness of God.

I am stripping Satan of His power. My authority will cover all those who walk with Me. I am bringing a worldwide revival filled with My glory. Praise Me with all of your heart and soul. There is no one like Me!
