Did Jesus die in vain?

“I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.” Galatians 2:21

If you look at the world today you might wonder if Jesus died in vain. Christianity is declining and is filled with hypocrisy, deceit and impure motives.

The governments of the nations are mostly corrupt and have passed laws to nullify the precepts of God. Immorality is pervasive and there is little respect for God.

Where do you find the righteous of God?

The response is the purity of God lives in those who walk by faith believing in the promises of Jesus.

The Christ follower does not look at the world for righteousness; He finds it dwelling within him in the essence of the Holy Spirit. He does attempt to keep laws; his goal is to seek the will of God and live in obedience to the voice of God.

The reality of God is the world is going to get worse never better.

Your only hope is to abide with the Living Christ through prayer and meditate on the Word. Listen to the voice of Christ and walk in His footsteps anchored to the Holy Spirit.

Pray for God to send an angel to protect you and deliver you from evil.

Do not be shaken by the circumstances in your life or the world. Jesus is alive and has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

Jesus is at work at this very moment to bring all things under His authority. In the perfect timing of our awesome God every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord and Savior.

My desire is for you to live moment by moment with Me abiding in the Holy Spirit. He is your sanctuary in these tumultuous times. He will give you My perfect wisdom and guide your pathway.

The window to God!

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:3

Jesus did not come to the earth to save the righteous. He came to find sinners willing to repent. His desire is to rescue those living in moral depravity.

Jesus also said if someone believes they are healthy they have no need for a doctor.

If you want the fullness of Jesus you have to see yourself for who you are. You and I were born with an inner nature to live for self and defy God. We can never get right with God. We have an impoverished soul lacking the life of God.

Reach out to Jesus confessing your sins and ask for His blood to cover you.

The mindset of Jesus is looking for prostitutes, tax cheats, and all the dregs of society. He is motivated by unconditional love to draw these people to Himself.

Jesus delights in opening the gates of Heaven to those who are unworthy and living in the bondage of sin with no way of escape.

There is no one worthy in My sight. I will move mountains to save the sinner who cries out to Me with the words “I need help God” from the depth of their heart. This person will see the kingdom of God and live with Me forever.

How to be Christ centric?

The purpose of God in this season of judgment is discipleship. This begins with a decision for Jesus and then learning and appropriating the values of Jesus in your life.

Discipleship is life changing and creates the opportunity to live with Me in a vibrant and embracing relationship.

God’s priority is not building churches or guiding believers into an all encompassing relationship with a church. There is nothing wrong with going to a church that honors the values of God but this is not your ultimate goal with God.

The churches tend to take away your freedom and want to control you through religion. You are not helping God by establishing yourself in religion.

The purpose of God is to send all believers out into the world with the message of the gospel. You cannot live in a bubble and be effective for God.

Discipleship is teaching others how to walk with God.

This begins with prayer and a genuine desire to do the will of God. You must also be a student of the Bible with an understanding of spiritual truths.

Most importantly, you must be living in oneness with God anchored to the Holy Spirit.

There is also the issue of spiritual maturity and the equipping of the gifts of the Spirit.

The starting point for most believers is lifestyle discipleship. You walk with God and touch others with the Living Water through your words, actions and demeanor. You are a witness for God without preaching or judging others.

As you encounter people in different situations remember God is omniscient. He knows everything about the life and personality of every individual. He knows if they are receptive to the gospel, how to approach them and the perfect timing. So you have to linked to the Holy Spirit or your efforts will be futile.

There are many excellent examples of discipleship in the Bible. Jesus asked the woman at the well for water and this led to a conversation. Jesus spoke words of knowledge to the woman and she was deeply convicted and made a decision for Jesus.

The Spirit of God directed Phillip to an encounter with a rich Egyptian who was trying to understand scripture. Phillip explained the gospel to the Egyptian and he was saved and baptized. The timing of God and the anointed teaching skills of Phillip led to this man’s conversion.

We are in the end times facing the severe judgments of God. Pray for wisdom and the anointing of the Holy Spirit to give you a powerful ministry of discipleship.

The authenticity of Christ saves lives!

Jesus is sending the fire of conviction upon all believers!

If you are serious about God you are under the intense conviction of the Holy Spirit. He is searching the depth of your soul and revealing your sins.

You cannot take Me lightly. I want all of you. Walk in the integrity of My values with praise and thanksgiving for who I am!

This is different than ever before in the history of our relationship with God. He is consumed with our sins and expressing His wrath.

No one is immune from the scrutiny of God and His punishment.

He spoke to me this morning about “shadow boxing” with God. You cannot play hide and seek with God. Open yourself up to God with complete transparency and a willingness to change your ways.

God wants your allegiance to Him above all else. This is not about keeping laws or doing works to appease God. He abhors this practice.

God wants you to draw near to Him in prayer and obey His voice without compromise.

We are at a turning point with God. You must be fully committed to Jesus seeking His will for your life or you will be left behind.

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and His ears are open to your cries.

An amazing promise of delivery from our faithful God!

“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” Psalm 50:15

Whatever your troubles are today God has made an irrevocable promise to deliver you and all the glorify shall go to Him.

All the promises of God in Christ are yes and amen!

There are two prerequisites to this promise. You must praise God and keep your vows to the Lord.

God is asking you to praise Him with your thoughts, words, and actions even in the most dire circumstances.

Secondly, if you are a believer you made a vow to live for Jesus above all else. Walk by faith believing in the promises of God and seek His will for your life.

Today call upon God for help to deliver you from adversity and then stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Your responsibility is to wait upon the Lord and give Him the glory for victory.

This promise does not require any effort on your part. It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of Christ.

Peter, an apostle of Jesus, was put in prison by Herod. He was in chains and surrounded by several guards. In the middle of the night God sent an angel to rescue Peter and deliver him outside the gates of the city.

This miracle is waiting to happen for you!

Insulting Jesus with a desultory attitude!

The Word from God today is desultory which means an individual lacking a purpose, plan or enthusiasm. In the context of God, this relates to a lukewarm Christian drifting between living for self and going through the motions with God.

If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?

God also spoke to me about those who are desecrating the work of Jesus. They disrespect or violate the holy things of God.

There is a widespread movement to denigrate the principles of Jesus and introduce new liberal doctrines. This action has been spearheaded by the Antichrist.

These attitudes place you on dangerous ground with God. He can strike you down in a moment’s notice.

Many believers have a superficial view of God and lack a commitment from the heart. Jesus has power and dominion over the heavens and earth and your destiny is in His hands.

The gift of salvation is making a decision to live for Jesus above all else. You are not joining a club or taking out a membership in an elite organization. You are placing your destiny in the hands of Jesus and seeking out His will for your life.

God has been speaking to me about His plans in the days ahead.

He is now shaking up the United States Senate and holding several senators accountable for the values of God. I saw this with my own eyes.

There will be a powerful move of the Spirit in Turkey which is mostly a Muslim nation.

The judgements of God will continue and become more severe. There will be economic distress and a bleakness covering the world.

The heart of God is for all to repent, turn away from darkness and walk in the light of Christ.

The house cleaning directive from Jesus!

God spoke to me last night through a dream.

He doesn’t like the adornments in the houses of many believers. They are ugly to His eyes and He has asked for them to be removed. I saw defiance and refusal to comply with God. This made God angry and He sent messengers to carry out His desires.

This created a revolt but was overcome by God and He evicted these people from their homes.

Turn away from darkness and walk in My light. Listen to My voice and conduct yourself yielding to the Spirit of Christ!

The message today is to obey God whether you like His instructions or not.

Ask God what needs to be removed from your life? Seek out His will today with an open heart.

We are all dealing with the wrath of God and His severe judgments.

You must live with God in total obedience to His voice or face the consequences!

Meeting Jesus today!

“And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands.” Psalm 90:17

Moses wrote Psalm 90. He was in touch with the heart of God and the frailty of man. Moses identified with the wrath of God over our sinful nature.

Moses told us to number our days so that we may gain a heart of wisdom. We have to take God seriously and seek out His wisdom each day of our life. Pray, listen to His voice, and study His Word.

Your life is in My hands. Make the most of each day seeking Me out for wisdom, strength and protection. I live so you can live!

Walk by faith anchored to the Holy Spirit. He lives in you and wants to guide your pathway.

Invite the beauty the Lord to be upon you in all your endeavors today. Ask God to establish the work of your hands.

God wants your obedience to Him above all else. When you hear His voice gladly comply even if it makes no sense to you. It makes perfect sense to God!

Jesus is a perfect God!

An embryonic belief in Jesus or a faith etched in the depth of your soul!

The word from God today is embryonic referring to your faith. The definition of embryonic is an undeveloped concept. It is in a rudimentary stage.

If you are serious about Jesus your relationship with Him will be grounded in your faith. This begins when you make a decision for Jesus.

Faith is believing in Me and not what you see with your eyes. I keep My promises!

Faith begins as an idea but has to be worked out in the circumstances of your life.

Faith is reaching out to God for your every need and believing in the promises of Jesus.

Faith cannot be found through an intellectual or scholarly approach.

Faith has nothing to do with the blessings of God.

Faith is entering into a relationship with Jesus because He is the author of salvation and has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

Your faith will be built through seasons of inner desolation and bleakness. This is engineered by God and is emblematic of the suffering and death of Jesus.

Genuine faith is not motivated by obtaining the blessings of God; it is a desire to do the will of God and live in obedience with your Creator!

The contemptuous nature of Christ Jesus!

The word from God today is contemptuous  which indicates a feeling of hate or strong disapproval. This is how God feels this morning.

God expressed His feelings to me with these words; “Like a volcano I will spew out my cataclysmic judgments. The world has defamed My name and tarnished My reputation.”

The anger of God is directed at those who do not fear or respect Him. And, this includes the legislators and rulers in many countries who have implemented new laws that contradict the precepts of God.

You and I can do very little against the global backlash by the Antichrist to destroy Jesus except pray and be a strong light for God.

However, we are under the scrutiny of God for all of our thoughts and actions. As a believer, we must turn away from darkness and walk in the light of Christ.

Today we must walk by faith believing in the promises of God and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ Jesus.

Your safety net is trusting Jesus for your every need and praying for His wisdom and protection for your life.

God wants to be a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your pathway. This will happen to those who are anchored to the Holy Spirit and give Him authority over their life.

Finally, the Body of Christ is under attack in China, Afghanistan and other countries. Believers will die today.

Pray God will send an angel and kill ten thousand of these evil people and overturn these oppressive regimes.

Nothing is impossible for God!
