Taking liberties with God can lead to disaster!

“When they came to the threshing floor of Nakon, Uzzah reached out and took hold of the ark of God, because the oxen stumbled. The Lord’s anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act; therefore God struck him down, and he died there beside the ark of God. 2 Samuel:6-7

This biblical story relates to the return of the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. The Ark contained the presence of the Most Holy God.

I brought a dead man back to life when his body touched the bones of Elisha, My prophet. This miracle was performed by Christ the Lord and I will do the same for you. Honor Me and I will share My life with you.

It is important to understand that no one can enter into the presence of God unless they are invited by Him like Moses or they follow the Levitical Laws given to Moses in the time before Christ.

God is holy and will not allow you to come into His presence unless you make a sacrifice for your sins. In the Old Testament it was the blood of animals; today it is the blood of Christ.

Uzzah violated the divine instructions of God by touching the Ark and paid for this mistake with his life.

Uzzah attempted to help out God by steadying the cart but he didn’t understand the sovereignty of God. The Lord doesn’t have any weaknesses. And, He will never call out for your help.

The Tower of Babel is another example of not respecting God. You cannot build a tower in an attempt to get close to God or to help Him in anyway. This action caused God to confuse the language of all humanity and scatter them around the world.

The message to the people of Christ is you must respect God at all times and honor Him with your thoughts, words, and actions.

You have to live within the boundaries of God or face the consequences.

The life of a believer is to walk with God by faith anchored to the Holy Spirit.

God has no weakness and requires nothing from you. We must worship God in Spirit and Truth seeking His will for our lives.

God is holy. There is no one like Him!

The idiosyncrasies of Christ!

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways” Isaiah 55:8

The word from God today is understanding the idiosyncrasies of Christ. Idiosyncrasy is a mode of behavior or a way of thought peculiar to a specific individual or in this example almighty God.

The Lord is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my pathway!

God does not operate with human logic. He is unpredictable and at times controversial.

God is very jealous. His jealousy is like a consuming fire. He wants all of you.

God has spoken to the people of Christ “Have no other gods before Me” but we share God with many demigods and false idols.

God will choose to be silent at times. He did not speak to the nation of Israel for a period of four hundred years.

God is holy and hates sin. At one time He destroyed all humanity except for eight people because of immoral living. We are suffering through a pandemic for the same reasons including our defiance against the ways of God.

Your salvation comes through the blood of Christ. There is no other way.

God works in ways you and I cannot understand. At times, He will choose to cut off His goodness and allow you to suffer. You can hear the voice of David time and again in the Psalms pleading with God “Why have you forsaken me?”

God will get your attention in very strange ways. He spoke through a donkey to Balaam, a prophet of God. Balaam was reaching out to a foreign king who worshipped a false god. This eventually cost Balaam his life.

God brings suffering and adversity for His purposes. You cannot escape the judgments of God. They will end in His perfect timing.

God wants you to live with Him by faith believing in His promises regardless of the bleakness in your life.

God speaks out with clarity on finding the nourishment of life. Man shall not live by bread alone but every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

God performs miracles of healing. He is at work this very moment healing people all over the world and bringing glory to His name.

We have to accept God for who He is and not categorize Him by the terms of religion.

Worship God in Spirit and Truth with a submissive attitude “He is God and can do with me as He pleases.”

The ascension of Christ Jesus!

He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earthAfter he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.” Acts 1:7-9

You and I have to live in the ascension of Christ Jesus. This is where you will find the resurrected power of Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the source of the abundant life promised by Jesus.

That they may be one even as we are one.

The Spirit of God raised Jesus up from death and took Him to live in heaven. This same Spirit is sealed inside all believers.

The Spirit of Christ is very sensitive to sin. You will grieve the Holy Spirit and lose the fullness of the power of God because of your sinful actions. This is why it is so important to confess your sins and ask for the blood of Christ to cover you.

God is aware of all your thoughts, your words, and your actions. He sees all the defects in your personality which are invisible to you.

You and I have to be open to the conviction of the Holy Spirit and live in a continual dialogue with God asking Him to disclose our sins and sanctify us with the life of Christ.

The Holy Spirit is the life of Christ and Jesus desires to share Himself with you. He offers you strength, wisdom, joy and protection. And, all of the fruit of the Spirit.

These qualities come from Heaven and give you the ability to live a supernatural life.

The Holy Spirit is a person and He desires to have conversations with you. Think of Him as your best friend and confidant. The Holy Spirit is omniscient so you can trust Him implicitly.

Build a relationship with the Holy Spirit through prayer and be open to hear His voice. Ask Him for guidance with the many decisions you face each day. He wants to bring quality and order into your life.

The Holy Spirit will assign you a role in the Body of Christ and equip you with gifts of the Spirit. This will enable you to have a powerful ministry touching others with the light of Christ.

The Holy Spirit will perform signs and wonders in your life. He also gives you visions and dreams to provide wisdom and insight into the transfigured Christ.

The Holy Spirit brings the reality of Jesus into your life. Jesus comes out of the Bible and is alive in every moment of your life.

The Holy Spirit authenticates the life of Jesus in a believer.

Invite the Holy Spirit to have authority over your life and you will meet the Living Christ.

The chivalry of Christ!

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

Jesus spoke the word chivalry to me last night. He identifies with the attributes of chivalry.

I can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives me the strength!

Chivalry is the combination of qualities expected of an ideal knight, especially courage, honor, courtesy, justice, and a readiness to help the weak.

These are the identical qualities of Jesus and His desire is for you and I to emulate these in our lives.

The Holy Spirit will anoint you with the chivalry of Jesus. Ask and you shall receive but ask by faith believing in the resurrected power of Christ.

We all need courage to deal with the challenges of life especially during these times of despair and economic uncertainty.

We honor God by seeking His will for our life and appropriating the values of Christ in all of our affairs.

Courtesy is simply treating others like you would want to be treated. It is acting with respect for those people around you.

We employ the justice of God by making decisions honoring Jesus. It is doing the right thing even if it does not benefit you. It is living with the integrity of God.

We help the weak through prayer, encouragement, and sharing what God has given to us with those in need.

These lofty standards are impossible to attain unless you are living in oneness with Jesus anchored to the Holy Spirit.

The journey of a believer is a transformation into a new creature filled with the life of Jesus. You die to self and live for Christ.

This can only happen if you make a commitment to live for Jesus above all else and are baptized by the Water and Spirit..

Jesus is a man for all seasons and wants to share Himself with you!

Listen for the words of Jesus; they will never fail you!

“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11

The words coming from the mouth of Christ Jesus will never return to Him void.

Trust every word I speak to you. They are your hope for life. I am God and My thoughts and plans come from heaven and are life changing. My words are Living Water and will fulfill your every need. There is no one like Me.

They are alive and powerful.

They are Living Water, the life of Christ.

They will accomplish the purposes of God.

They shall prosper in the plans of God.

They are your nourishment for life.

They are the source of an abundant life.

They bring healing and restoration.

The most important priority for a Christ follower is to seek out the voice of Christ and walk by faith believing in every word spoken to you.

Jesus keeps His promises!

The devious work of Satan to draw you away from Christ!

“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:11-12

Today, the warning from God is about Satan who is often disguised as a vamp. The vamp is a demon who uses her charm or sexual wiles to exploit or seduce believers.

God allowed me to see the work of the vamp most of last night. It was disgusting and ugly.

The vamp is a whore who uses deception to create strongholds over individuals.

The vamp is like a prostitute who sells her body for money. She has no scruples and will do anything to get you to satisfy your fleshly indulgences.

In Christianity, the work of the vamp is pervasive. She has risen up her ugly head to corrupt the holiness of God in the Body of Christ.

The deeper spiritual significance of this warning is whoring after other gods like money, power, or prestige.

The message from God is to put on the full armor of Christ and turn away from all forms of darkness.

Do not entertain evil thoughts in your mind. They will easily become a desire and destroy you.

Give your contrite feelings to Jesus and ask for His blood to cover you and the Holy Spirit to do the work of inner healing

Walk with God anchored to the Holy Spirit and the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus will keep you free from all the temptations of Satan.

The chain of command established by our great God!

God is the creator of the heavens and earth.

Jesus is the Son of God and has power and dominion over the heavens and earth. He offers the gift of salvation to all.

The Holy Spirit is the life of Christ embodied in all believers.

The people of Christ are those who have made a decision to live for Christ above all else.

I am a life changing God and I keep My promises. Nothing is impossible for Me!

If you want the reality of Christ Jesus you have to submit to this chain of command and live under the authority of the Holy Spirit.

God wants your loyalty and obedience to His voice. Jesus wants you to live by faith reaching out to Him for your every need.

The people of Christ tend to appease God through works, laws, and religion. This grieves the heart of God. Most of these efforts have very little to do with God and are self initiated.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Worship Him in Spirit and Truth.

Walk in oneness with Jesus anchored to the Holy Spirit!

The chain of command was established by God and will never change. You have to submit to His authority if you want to experience the presence and glory of God.

This week in the middle of the night I saw a doctor pronounce a man dead and then Jesus brought him back to life.

Jesus is a miracle worker!

The Christmas life!

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

The gift of salvation comes with a commitment to live for Jesus above all else.

Christmas is the beginning of life for a believer. You become a new creature in Christ Jesus filled with My life.

We seek the kingdom of God through diligent prayer, meditating on the Word of God, and listening for the voice of God.

We worship God in Spirit and Truth with the upmost importance of seeking His will for our lives.

We walk in oneness with God anchored to the Holy Spirit who is sealed inside all believers.

We live by faith believing in the promises of God even when life seems hopeless and filled with adversities.

Jesus desires to live in all the moments of your life. This will happen to those who invite the Holy Spirit to have authority over their life.

God builds His character in you in what seems like the dull and boring details of life. This is where you will find God at work. He is always looking at your thoughts, motives and decision making.

We are created in His workmanship for good works. The purpose of God is to make you into a beacon of light touching those living in darkness.

You have to demonstrate your faith and loyalty to God before He will release you into an earth shaking ministry.

He lives so you can live. Never give up on God!

Merry Christmas to all!

The embodiment of a Christ believer!

“To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Colossians 1:27

Come celebrate Christmas with Christ the Lord. I live in you and desire to share the fullness of My life with you.

I am a holy God and will not become entangled in your sins. Pray for My blood to cover you and walk with Me anchored to the Spirit of Christ.

I am a God of intercession bringing down strongholds and setting people free. At times, I will ask you to sacrifice yourself for My purposes.

Listen for My voice. I talk to the people of Christ.

You cannot see Me but I am everywhere. My ears hear your every thought and My eyes see your every action.

Worship Me in Spirit and Truth.

I have poured Myself out so you can have life and have it more abundantly.

I cannot be defeated and I never change. My will is resolute. Live in submission to Me. This is where you will find protection and hope for life.

Faith is believing in My promises and not what you see with your eyes.

My purposes are eternal and I am a perfect God.

I heal broken lives. Nothing is impossible for Me. Ask and you shall receive.

I am Christ the Lord and there is no one like Me!
