The emotions of Christ!

Destruction and misery are in their ways” Romans 3:16

This is the content of my dream last night from the Holy Spirit. It was very graphic filled with the emotions of Christ.

IMG_1342

There was a strong sense that the most precious things in your life are not immune from the judgment of Christ.

I saw Him throwing sin out of his sight and departing in anger.

Some additional thoughts from God:

I am filled with overwhelming anger.

My judgments are like a flaming fire touching all.

I swore in My wrath the Israelites would never enter My rest. They died in the wilderness. My curse is upon the world.

I am against you. My eyes see all your actions.

You consort with sin.

You doubt My promises.

You don’t honor or respect Me.

You have a rebellious attitude.

You do not cherish my gifts. You trash them with sin.

You cavort with sinners.

Come to Me with a heart of repentance and I will restore you to Myself.

I am Christ the Lord and there is no one like Me!

The tax collector responds to the voice of Jesus!

When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly. Luke 19:5-6

The Word of God for today is a question. “How do you respond to the voice of Christ?

IMG_1340

This story exemplifies the character of Jesus in dealing with sinners and the outcasts of society.

Zacchaeus was a rich man and an unethical tax collector.

He was very curious about Jesus and came to see Him.

Zacchaeus was short and could not see Jesus because of the crowd. So he climbed a tree to get a better view of Jesus.

Jesus saw Zacchaeus and told him to climb down the tree. He told Zacchaeus he wanted to spend the night in his house.

Zacchaeus came down from the tree quickly and welcomed him with a glad heart.

Here are some insights from the Holy Spirit about this encounter:

The moment of truth occurs when you hear the voice of Jesus. You have an option to respond with either a yes or a no.

For many the moment is just not convenient. There are too many worldly concerns and distractions.

Zacchaeus made the right decision. He repented of his sins and decided to live for Jesus. He also made a decision to share his wealth with others.

Jesus chose Zacchaeus out of all the people in the crowd because he was willing to change and responded with an open heart to Jesus.

The call of Jesus is without prejudice. It is very simply go and sin no more.

If you choose religion over Jesus you forfeit your rights and become enslaved to laws and works.

Come to Jesus by faith and you will become a son of Abraham and live in the freedom of the Cross.

Jesus came to seek out the lost with an invitation to receive the gift of salvation.

Jesus has no interest with those who are self righteous and live by a code of conduct. He identifies with people like Zacchaeus.

The decision for Christ comes by faith and is free of religion.

You agree to live for Christ and walk in oneness with Him through the Holy Spirit.

You have to look outside of yourself to please Christ!

My laws are not burdensome for those who live with Me through the Spirit of Christ!

“Whoever would love life
and see good days
must keep their tongue from evil
and their lips from deceitful speech.
They must turn from evil and do good;
they must seek peace and pursue it.” 1 Peter 3:10-11

The Word of God for today is an admonition concerning how to enjoy an abundant life and experience many good days.

IMG_1339

The commands of God are to speak pure words void of evil and deceit, turn away from evil and do good, and seek peace and pursue it.

The only way you and I can keep these precepts of God is to accept your inner nature is weak and can never comply with these desires of God.

You have to look outside of yourself for the ability to please God.

The solution is to turn to Christ Jesus through the Holy Spirit. As a believer, the Holy Spirit dwells inside you. He is the life of Christ. This life is pure and without sin.

Walk with God through the Holy Spirit. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus will set you free from the law of sin and death.

These two laws are eternal and will never change. The conflict for humans is we waver between both laws.

The decision you and I have to make every moment of life is to live under the authority of the Holy Spirit or to live for self. This is a decision between life or death.

You cannot compromise God. This is why there is a worldwide pandemic.

Live under the authority of the Holy Spirit and you will find the blessings of Christ.

There is no other way!

Finding the value of Christ in today!

I am like the snow falling from above. Seek My purity for your life!

So teach us to number our days,
that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12

Moses identifies with the heart of God in this Psalm.

IMG_1337

Humanity is like a stream of vapor. It is here today and gone tomorrow.

God has made your life filled with labor and sorrow.

And, your sins are always in the presence of God. They disgust Him.

God blesses and He curses! The retribution of God is expressed in His anger.

God is holy and sacrosanct. He lives without sin. He has no ego. He never changes. He is a God of light.

The fear of the Lord is understanding the terrifying nature of God.

He can dissolve your life in a split second.

The wisdom of Christ is to value each day as if it is your last. Seek out the wisdom of God and commit your works to Him.

You can find value in today by seeking the knowledge of Christ and walking with Him by faith.

Ask Christ to cover your sins with His blood. He is your only hope for an abundant life!

The jealousy of Christ…a consuming fire!

“Most believers try to categorize Me to fit into their life. This limits My ability to be your God. Invite Me to live in the full stream of your life without any boundaries.”

For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.” Deuteronomy 4:24

The jealousy of Christ is like a consuming fire. It is the passion of Christ for humanity.

IMG_1336

It is hard to understand why Christ is such a jealous God. He has power and dominion over the heavens and earth. And, He lacks nothing.

What is driving this jealousy? It is the love of Christ for you. He wants to give you a life you can never achieve on your own. And, this life lasts forever!

Christ does not want to share you with other gods or idols. He wants all of you for His purposes.

He becomes aroused with jealousy and anger when He sees you spending your time and efforts pursuing worldly living or other gods.

The irony of living with Christ is He is not asking for spiritual perfection; He just wants you to be totally devoted to Him even with all your faults.

Religion has become an idol in our world. You are taught to worship a system of laws with many do’s and don’ts.

The problem with religion is you will never find the Living Christ. And, you will never be able to please God or live by His values.

God will never command you to do things to please Him or ask you to abide in a system of laws.

He introduced this approach in dealing with the Israelites. This proved beyond a shadow of doubt it is impossible for anyone to keep the laws of God or please Him through works.

In fact, God sacrificed Christ Jesus, His only Son, to free you from all laws pertaining to the worship of God.

The freedom of Christ comes to you by faith believing in the promises of God. You accept Christ by faith and agree to live for Him.

The gift of salvation is better than anything you can find or experience in the world. You can live intimately with Christ every moment of your life filled with His love, joy, peace, strength and protection.

For in Him, we live and move and have our being!

Awakening to Christ today!

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.” Romans 13:11

IMG_1333

Recognize the season of God; My judgment is upon the world.

The salvation of Christ is nearer for all than ever before.

Living in the night is no longer tolerable with Christ.

Cast off your sins of immortality and live for Christ.

Walk properly with Christ anchored to His Spirit.

Live by faith trusting the words of Christ, they will never fail you.

Walk worthy in your profession anointed with the Spirit of Christ.

Commit your works to Me and I will fill you with My thoughts.

Put on the robes of Christ. Find your satisfaction in Christ and not through fleshly indulgences.

I am a jealous God and I abhor those who worship idols.

I want to be the center of your life! Have no other gods before Me. They will destroy you!

I alone am worthy of your respect and loyalty.

There is no one like Me. I live so you can live!

The thoughts of Christ for today!

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” Psalm 111:10

The fear of the Lord opens the door to the treasures of Christ.

IMG_1225

Come to Me by faith believing in My promises.

The burden in My heart today is to heal and restore broken lives.

There is very little fear of the Lord or respect for My teachings in the world. This arouses My anger and is the cause of My judgments.

My judgments are earth shaking, designed to show that I am the Lord and there is no like Me.

The fear of the Lord is respecting Me for who I am and living in obedience to My voice.

You cannot appease Me through your works. Your only hope is to live through the Cross.

My promise to all those who are broken is to reach out to Me by faith and I will restore you.

Nothing is impossible for Me! I am Christ the Lord!

What causes the fire of Christ to live in a believer?

Your allegiance to Christ brings the fire of the Holy Spirit. Nothing else!

“He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Matthew 3:11

You can be cleansed by the blood of Christ for the repentance of sins but this will not give you the fire of Christ.

IMG_1331

You can strive to do things for Christ but this will not work either.

You can study the Bible, hear sermons, and pray but this will not avail you of the fire of Christ.

The fire of Christ comes to those who seek God with all their heart. They release all strings attached to the world and live by faith in Christ.

Here are some benchmarks for finding the fire of Christ:

Place your destiny in the hands of Christ without expectations.

Follow Christ at all times accepting suffering and adversity in the role of a believer.

Make your priority knowing Christ not achieving His blessings.

Living for Christ wherever this might take you.

Don’t try to think for Christ. Let Him think for you.

Submitting to Christ during times of agony and bleakness. Living in the shadow of the Cross.

Abiding in steadfast loyalty to Christ when He disappears from your life.

The covenant with Christ!

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength!

The covenant with Christ is an agreement between two parties. Each party is responsible to keep their terms of the agreement.

IMG_1330

Christ promises to give you the gift of salvation. Your promise is to love God with all your heart and live with Him by faith believing in His promises.

Nothing can be added to or removed from this covenant. It is an eternal agreement sealed with the blood of Christ.

This covenant is built on a promise and can only be fulfilled by your faith in Christ.

Laws, works, and religion are a deterrent to knowing Christ. Jesus abhors religion and simply asks you come to Him by faith.

Christ seeks your loyalty to Him above all else. He wants you to live in obedience to His voice and appropriate His values in your life.

You find the Living Christ through His indwelling Spirit. Jesus is a Spirit and you must worship Him in Spirit and Truth.

Pray, study His Word, and yield to the Holy Spirit.

Religion cannot add anything to this covenant. The laws of religion were nullified on the Cross.

Christ is not asking you to try and be like Him. He wants to live through you.

Christ wants to make you whole and give you an abundant life.

The overriding principle of Christ is to examine your motives and live by this precept. “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”

This covenant will have little or no value to you unless you seek out Christ for your every need and live by faith in His promises.

The stumbling block is trusting Christ when life turns into shambles. This is where you fail Christ and break your terms of the covenant.

The promises of Christ live forever!

Look deeper at all things through the eyes of Christ.

Look outside of yourself for the originality and creation of Christ! My Spirit lives in you. He is the source of the deep things of God.

1 Peter 4:7 “Take nothing for granted”

God gave me a dream last night to share with you. The dream is based on the words of Christ; “Take nothing for granted.” The message was do not be superficial in your view of life. Go deeper with Christ.

IMG_1328

Look deeper at all things through the eyes of Christ.

Examine all things through Christ.

Test all things through the Holy Spirit.

Create through Christ, do not imitate.

Invent new ways of working through Christ.

Acknowledge the creation of Christ in all your works.

Find originality through your new identity in Christ.

Jesus loves you. Have an awesome weekend!
