Make me whole Christ Jesus!

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” 1 Peter 5:10

The Word of God for today is “I want to restore your broken life and make you whole.” This promise from Christ has no caveats attached to it and is void of religion. You simply receive this gift by faith.

IMG_1327

The Living Christ wants to touch you today. He is a miracle worker!

You might be divorced, living in a dysfunctional relationship, struggling with a debilitating disease, suffering from the bondage of alcohol or drugs, or dealing with the scars of sexual abuse.

You might be facing financial disaster with little or no hope for life. It really doesn’t matter how desperate your situation, God wants to restore you. And, He can do it!

The Spirit of Christ wants you to pray these words from the depth of your heart; “Make me whole Christ Jesus.”

The power of Christ lives in these powerful and vibrating words.

They belong to you through your faith in Christ.

Ask and you shall receive!

The wonders of Christ!

“You lack the ability to comprehend My greatness. Nothing is impossible for Me. I can move mountains, walk on water, and raise people from death back to life. I am Christ the Lord and no one can compare to Me!”

I am over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:6

IMG_1325

I am omnipotent. There is no one like Me.

I am impregnable. Nothing can defeat Me.

I am omniscient. I see all things.

I am unflappable. Nothing upsets Me.

I never change. My ways are perfect.

I am a Holy God.

I am impeccable without any faults.

I am sublime filled with the glory of God.

I save those who live under the sentence of death.

I am the source of salvation. There is no other way to God.

I forgive sin with My blood.

I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.

I keep My Word.

I perform miracles.

I am a healing God.

I restore damaged lives.

I create the life of Christ in all those who call on My name.

I am furious with the decay in the world and the rejection of My teachings. My judgments will wreak havoc on the earth.

I set those free living under the bondage of sin.

I am a God of love and compassion.

I reward those who walk with Me by faith.

I live so you can live!

The short lived nature of man and the longevity of Christ!

“Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.” 1 Chronicles 29:11

God looks at life much differently than human beings. We want to satisfy our fleshly desires and enjoy life to the fullest. God wants you to find satisfaction in Christ and reach out to Him for your every need.

IMG_1234

As human beings, you and I can experience moments of ecstasy but they disappear quickly. There is no sustaining power living for self. It is here today and gone tomorrow. And, the world can make no guarantees to you.

Human beings have an ending. Christ followers live forever.

The gratification of the world is alluring but it will lead to destruction. This is because the world is not under the authority of Christ

Christ promises to envelop you in His glory for eternity. There is no end to the salvation of Christ. He wants to live in every moment of your life both today and forever.

You can have an embracing relationship with Christ who has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

All the promises of God in Christ are true and last forever. The promises of the world are cheap, short lived, and bring disaster.

Christ offers an abundant life filled with love, joy, peace and strength to overcome any difficulty in life. You cannot find these characteristics in your fleshly nature. They live with Christ.

The gift of Christ is life changing and lasts forever!

The pathway to the longevity of Christ:

Make a heart decision to live for Christ.

Confess your sins to Christ and ask for His blood to cover you.

Be open to the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

Walk by faith trusting in the promises of God.

Commit your works each day to Christ.

Pray diligently for the wisdom of Christ.

Recognize Christ lives in you through the Holy Spirit. Invite Him to have authority over your life.

Build your life on the values of Jesus through the study of Word of God.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Give praise and thanksgiving to Christ who lives so you can live!

The recompense of Christ!

I bring down strongholds and set people free through the power of intercession. Come join Me in this endeavor. I am Christ the Lord and there is no one like Me!

The Word of God for today is the recompense of Christ. He restores damaged lives and heals through the power of the Cross.

IMG_1250

Come to the glory of Christ and He will make you new.

He exfoliates sin and replaces it with the holiness of Christ.

God places a powerful buttress of support around Christ followers to keep away the attacks of Satan and the temptations of the world.

The warning from Christ today is to inquire of the Lord in all your decision making. There is a way that seems right to a man but its end is destruction.

Walk by faith in Christ and He will guide your pathway.

The recompense of Christ comes to those who live for God and die to self!

Christ is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him!

The curse of Christ comes upon those who disobey Him!

It is impossible to avoid Me in the journey of life. Your obedience to My voice will bring the rewards of Christ!

Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. Jonah 1:1-2

The word from God today is insubordination. In the context of Christ, this refers to all those who refuse to live under the authority of God.

IMG_1320

Insubordination is placing yourself above God. It is believing you know what is best for yourself and refusing to submit to the will of God.

Many fear what will happen if they obey God and flee from the presence of the Lord.

Insubordination is the desire to satisfy the desires of the flesh above all else. You place self above God in the scheme of life.

The reality of Christ is disobedience brings a curse upon you. You can run away from God but will eventually have to face punishment for your actions.

Walking with Christ is living by faith in the promises of God and yielding to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Coming under the authority of Christ brings His protection over your life.

Those who live under the authority of Christ do not question or complain about His will for their life. They submit to Christ with praise and thanksgiving.

The authority of Christ is agreeing to obey God without expectations.

The authority of Christ relates to loyalty not results.

At times, the authority of Christ will bring persecution and suffering.

The authority of Christ is obeying God when it makes no sense to you.

Finally, the authority of Christ is giving up your autonomy to walk in submission to Christ.

A warning about the machinations of the devil!

The thief does not come except to steal, to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

This was spoken to me in the middle of the night. The definition of machinations is the devising of evil plans or scheming to benefit self or destroy others.

This refers to the insidious plans of Satan to destroy your life working through demons in the unstable or fleshly minds of others.

IMG_1319

The response to this warning is:

Return to Christ through the Holy Spirit. Ask God to examine your motives and give you a clean heart.

Put on the armor of Christ and leave no door open for Satan.

God also spoke to me about restoring those who have been damaged or are suffering from the afflictions of Satan.

All things work for the good for those who love God and are called according to His purposes.

The promise of the aegis of Christ!

“I am a God of miracles and rescue those who call upon My name in the desperate moments of life. Nothing is impossible for Me”

Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished and rose up in haste. He declared to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” He answered and said, “But I see four men unbound, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods.” Daniel 3:24-25

The Word from God for today is the aegis of Christ, a promise of protection for all Christ followers.

IMG_1318

The story of Daniel and his friends delivered by God from the fiery furnace does not end in the Old Testament. This miracle is at work today for all those who call upon the name of Christ.

The aegis is exclusively for believers and comes by your faith in the promises of Christ.

The aegis is your protection against the turmoil in the world resulting from the judgment of God.

God promises to send angels to protect you. They war against enemy demons and minister to your needs. The angels look over you at all times.

The Holy Spirit gives you dreams and visions to protect you and guides you into a safe pathway.

The Holy Spirit lives in you to provide a fountain of spiritual wisdom and guidance.

God provides counsel to you through the Body of Christ. Listen for His voice working through others.

The protection of God does not depend on your self efforts. In fact, your efforts are contrary to how God operates. It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of Christ.

God responds with protection to all those who walk with Him by faith. No weapon formed against you will prosper.

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and His ears are open to your cries.

Finding your security in the eternal fixture of Christ!

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all who follow his precepts have good understanding.
To him belongs eternal praise.” Psalm 111:10

I was stirred this morning with Psalm 111. It is filled with the richness of Christ. Here are my waking thoughts.

IMG_1317

Getting right with Christ is the priority of every Christ follower.

Respecting Christ for who He is; Jesus is greatness, power, glory, victory and majesty. He has power and dominion over the heavens and earth.

Fill your every need through the word of Christ.

Recognizing He can turn your life into shambles in a split second.

Wisdom comes to those who lay down their life for Christ. This wisdom comes from heaven and is pure, full of love, impartial, sincere, and submissive.

Seeking Christ moment by moment anchored to the Holy Spirit.

God is an eternal fixture. He will never change. This is where you will find security.

Praise Christ for there is no one like Him!

What is your version of Christ?

“For in Him we live and move and have our being.” Acts 17:28

The Holy Spirit has stirred me about those who have a misguided version about the reality of the Living Christ.

IMG_1266

Here are some questions to ask yourself about your relationship with God. The challenge is to eliminate stumbling blocks that deprive you of the fullness of Christ.

Does Christ live in the Bible or in your life?

Do you accept Him for who He is or who you want Him to be?

Do you have unrealistic expectations about what Christ will do in your life?

Is the Cross a reality in your life or just a distant symbol?

What are your motives in seeking Christ? Is your priority the blessings of God or to be compliant to His will for your life?

Have you substituted works for faith in trying to please God?

Is faith just a talking point or a reality in your life?

Do you believe you can have conversations with Christ? Is the mind of Christ at work within you?

Do you set boundaries on how Christ can operate in your life? Or, do you give Him permission to have all of you?

Do you live to please God and walk in His footsteps? Or, is Christ just an off and on God?

Is Christ big enough to meet your every need?

The Holy Spirit deeply probes your heart and soul to determine your loyalty to Christ. He wants to instill the values of Christ into your life and allow you to experience the fullness of the Living Christ.

He lives so you can live!

How to make Christ come alive!

Delight yourself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4

Good Morning,

Every day is new with Christ! While you are sleeping God is at work through the Holy Spirit to draw you to Him and to orchestrate your day.

IMG_1314

God wants to be a vital part of your life today—your thoughts, emotions, what you eat, and how you spend your time. He wants to meet you at your point of need.

Invite the Lord to be a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your pathway.

You and I have to let go of our mood swings and the emotions that drag us down. They deprive us of finding the goodness of Christ.

Pray for the strength of Christ. He delights in sharing His life with you.

I have compiled some thoughts from the Holy Spirit on how Christ can come alive in your life today.

Have an awesome day. Jesus loves you!

How to make Christ come alive!

Approach God wth an open heart without preconditions.

Let God be God!

Do not try to define God in the terms of religion.

Recognize He wants to be your best friend and confidant.

Come to God through Jesus.

You can only know Christ through the efficacy of the Holy Spirit. He brings Christ alive and shares His life with you.

The cornerstone of a relationship with Christ is faith. You live in His promises and not what you see with your eyes.

Come to Christ with a contrite heart asking Him to forgive you with His precious blood. Be open to the conviction of the Holy Spirit at all times.

Commit your works each day to Christ and His thoughts will be established in you.

Seek to live in oneness with God through prayer, living in His Word, and yielding to the Holy Spirit.

Your self sufficiency is of no value in dealing with Christ. It is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit.

You will please God through your loyalty to Him never by works or keeping laws.

Christ offers a richness of life you can never find on your own.
