The honesty of Jesus or the subterfuge of the world!

“But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:2

This is a battle we all have to fight every day of our life. We live in the End Times and the evil is at an all time high.

We are plagued today with subterfuge which is defined as the use of tricks, deception, or sneaky actions to achieve a goal, hide something, or evade rules.

Subterfuge is present everywhere in our society. It is impossible to avoid and is used by Satan to distort Jesus and His truths.

Christianity manipulates the truth to push their own impure goals. They are motivated by laws, works and regulations.

The question is where do we find truth and purity in our lives?

It cannot be found through worldly sources which are influenced and controlled by Satan.

The bedrock of truth comes from Jesus and can be found through prayer, reading the Bible and listening for His voice. The Christ follower must accept the Bible without interpretation or modification.

The safety net in discerning truth from subterfuge is the Holy Spirit. He will always bring glory and verification to the truth of the precepts of Jesus.

The believer must submit to the authority of the Holy Spirit and be in contact with Him at all times.

The truth can be authenticated by taking every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus and listening for His responses to your questions or thoughts.

Today you will be saturated with subterfuge through politics, social media, the news and advertising. We cannot escape this darkness but we have a choice to pray the blood of Jesus over us and reject all darkness through the Holy Spirit.

Don’t buy into any subterfuge. It will bring misery and destruction into your life. It grieves the Holy Spirit and reduces the presence of Jesus in your life.

If you have questions or need prayer please reach out to me and I will respond promptly. He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world!
