Jesus deals with human beings in only two ways; He severely tests you or rains hot coals upon you!

“The Lord tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates. Upon the wicked He will rain coals.” Psalm 11:5

There is very little wiggle room with God. We have to accept and endure the fiery trials of life or face His hate and burning coals.

Everyone has to make this choice. The believer cannot escape the testing. It is an unavoidable part of walking with Jesus.

Why does Jesus take such a hard stand with His people?

The answer is Jesus loves righteousness and His countenance is determined to build an upright believer.

We are born with a human nature to rebel against Jesus and defy His ways. This has to be broken and Jesus will go to extremes to accomplish this purpose.

The Christ follower really has no choice but to pray, read the Bible and listen for the voice of Jesus. He must be zealous in seeking the perfect will of God regardless of the pain, suffering and adversities. 

The Holy Spirit will comfort you, strengthen your faith and give you peace during the trials. It is essential to submit to the authority of the Holy Spirit and be in constant contact with Him. He is your mediator with Jesus.

Don’t look for deliverance; concentrate on becoming a new and transformed creature in Christ!

Walk by faith believing in the promises of Jesus. He keeps His word!
