“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.” Romans 12:19
We all get hurt in life by evil and angry people. They strike out at the righteous and desire to destroy the goodness of God. They are mostly guided by the influences of Satan.
God does not want a human being to attempt to avenge himself when he is hurt. This is because Jesus sees the injustices and rules perfectly through His Word.
We get emotions involved and want to get revenge and destroy the hateful person.
God sees both sides of the conflict and brings justice to the conflict.
Anger will create impure motives and grieve your relationship with Jesus. Let go of anger and pray for peace.
We must forgive and pray for inner healing.
Let Jesus fight your battles. It is not by might nor by strength but by My Spirit.
The Christ follower ceases from works and striving and rests in the works of Jesus.
